OUR TEAM

STAN WAGNER

Currently residing in Puerto Vallarta, Stan Wagner is the owner of Red Thread Creative Group, a full-service marketing firm focused the resilience and well-being of individuals and communities.

You’ll find Red Thread’s related brands include Vallarta Neurofeedback, a neurofeedback service enhancing the sense of well-being, balance and productivity for individuals and families, and Puerto Vallarta Owner’s Reps, a construction management company for residential projects.

In 2011, Stan was the Chair of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC Colorado) where the organization updated its mission along with service offerings. USGBC Colorado also unveiled a new model for fundraising which enhanced supporter visibility and engagement.

In 2016, Stan joined urban-gro has the Vice President of Marketing. In that capacity, he led a high-performance marketing team to take a four person company and contributed towards the growth of the company and its eventual debut on the Nasdaq as a publicly-traded company.

Community recognition includes “Best Corporate Identity” (SMPS Colorado) and “Business Developer of the Year” (SMPS Colorado). Stan has spoken at regional and national SMPS conferences. Stan received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Texas at Austin.

APRIL HARTMEISTER

April is certified in Reiki Level II, Healing Touch Level 2. April also has has certification in suicide prevention and assistance, a degree in Psychology. She has currently been working on intuitional development as well as using animals with therapy.

While April provides tarot readings and Reiki, she is also adding a specialized service to focus on unresolved trauma that can be a hinderance to self-awareness and rebuilding of your self-esteem and identity.

April is the owner of The Meta Scarf, a new line of adaptable, upcycled clothing. The Meta Scarf line makes its public debut in October 2024 –Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
